<span data-buffer=""><span data-metadata=""><span data-buffer="">The pre-sales problem

Many householders sincerely want to ‘go green’… but, because they lack the knowledge and experience to make informed decisions, they force installers to carry out expensive and time-consuming pre-sales operations.

<span data-buffer="">How SuSy helps<span data-metadata="">

SuSy’s clever software proposes upgrades that are uniquely tailored to our users’ homes. The installers that partner with us rely on the app to handle the drudgery of pre-sales engagements… enabling them to keep their attention on the big stuff.

What about more complex jobs, or users who’re looking for ‘whole house’ retrofits? If more hands-on planning is required, we’ll put them in touch with a retrofit consultant to help them get started… enabling you to make your contribution without any disruption.

<span data-buffer="">Revenues in the long term<span data-buffer="">

SuSy’s built to last. We want our users to stay with us for the long haul, and we feel the same way about the local installers that partner with us. Every completed SuSy.house project strengthens the bond and points to future collaborations.

<span data-metadata=""><span data-buffer="">FAQs

SuSy’s “green upgrade” service is open to all participants. Right now, we’re particularly keen to partner with specialists in heat pumps, insulation, solarPV, wind power and triple glazing, but we’re happy to hear from any business that wants to help homeowners reduce energy bills and CO2 emissions.

SuSy is free to use during the pilot phase, which will run until May 2023 – every lead received by our partners during this period is gratis. When the pilot phase ends, SuSy will become chargeable.

After the pilot phase we’ll switch contractors to a monthly subscription, projected to cost £12/year (£1/mth). Your subscription will provide free access to leads, enabling you to deliver as many quotes as you like.

When you become a SuSy.house partner, you will receive a steady stream of leads via the SuSy. house app. These are requests from SuSy.house users for specialist jobs that are likely to be of interest to you. (Basically, if you’re a heat pump installer, we’ll relay the details of any heat pump jobs… and ditto if you’re a solarPV expert, or a triple glazing specialist!) If you’d like to take on a project, you can submit your quote via the app or the SuSy.house website. If a homeowner accepts your quote, you can pay a conversion fee to obtain all the relevant contact details.

Your SuSy.house subscription is area-specific. All the leads that are forwarded to you will be from your local area.

There’s no set time limit, but you’ll be quoting against other SuSy partners in your area. If you want to quote, we recommend doing so within one week of receiving the lead, and ideally sooner.

No, you can receive as many SuSy leads as you like.

The leads on which SuSy.house invites you to quote are provided free of charge, but they will remain “blind” until i. the homeowner selects your quote and ii. you’ve paid SuSy a “conversion fee” of 1 per cent of the quoted price. On payment of the fee, you’ll receive full contact details.

As you’ll be aware, certification requirements vary across different sectors of the home improvement industries. We require our partners to comply with all legal requirements, and we encourage them to obtain further relevant certifications – doing so is likely to improve sales.
