SuSy’s about Big Data, not Big Brother! Our clever algorithms leverage public domain data with information you decide to share. You can opt out whenever you like and all personal information shared will be fully protected.
SuSy’s algorithms use a complex, multi-dimensional analysis of every property on our system. The resulting ‘SuSy Score’ is a bit like an EPC rating, but it’s a good deal more complex. SuSy.scores can be used to assess how well a house is measuring up to its potential, or how two SuSy households measure up when they’re competing for Kudos points.
A higher SuSy Score means that your house is performing better – using energy more efficiently, releasing less CO2, or putting more power back into the grid. All things being equal, reaching for a higher score will also mean reduced energy spends… so everyone benefits.
Because SuSy scores are complex, they can be improved in all sorts of ways. Whether you’re adding more insulation to your loft or installing a complex solarPV system, SuSy will provide cost-benefit analyses to help you decide whether a particular upgrade works for you.
SuSy.house relies on local installers to provide blind quotes. When you decide to proceed with a particular project, we’ll put you into contact with the installers who came up with the quote.

SuSy provides users with a range of projects at different price points. The ‘spread’ of projects will vary depending on how long you’ve been a member. Newcomers will see simple, cheap projects, while longer-term SuSy users with more completed projects under their belt will be prompted with more elaborate schemes. All SuSy.house projects are costed, so you can decide which projects are most appropriate for you.
Loads of websites will tell you how to max out your solar panel installation, or how much energy you could save by switching to a heat pump. But the SuSy.house app covers a complete spectrum of green upgrades, from re-insulating your loft right through to grid ties and microgeneration. It allows you to compare contractors based on reviews from past customers, and it gives you an intro to the broader SuSy community… there’s no comparison!
